To not indulge the data, the thoughts that can appear so solid, so real, to not avoid them either. They are certainly not appearing in my awarenes as neutral! Now here is the coincidence of widom in action. This I believe wholeheartidly to be true but 'knowing' that, like I 'know' my bum is sitting on this couch, here is my journey for this moment in time.
I also have learned that to be of the greatest benifit I can be is to let all this data be in an honoured and cherished, intimate way. This is me, this is us, we are the human race who feel and think and expereince, all of us together. We are one in our conscious awareness. I am not alone, I am not seperate. I am not different. This expereince of this particular data is shared by all of human kind.
So today I will walk tall with heart open, being it all. For there is nothing to fear.
