Right here on my couch

Right here in my living room
All things abide
I am all thing, all beings
To be able to allow all the random, endless thoughts, projections of the mind
To allow all the feelings, emotions and sensations that are the human experience.
Is to be one with everything
To not avoid my being, experiencing it all, allowing it all to arise and to fall away.
This is a raw experience
But, increasingly, there is a global communtiy
And we are there for each other
And it is safe
I am grateful
I am ok, regardless of what happens.
How secure is that
Together we can face it all
