Wow
I am so greatful that I no longer need experiences or relationships to provide anything for me. I used to want circumstance to 'feel' good, to be fun or to fit into my perception of a 'happy/successful' life.
Today I went sking with my son and, with no need for the experience to fit into any framework, it was just so easy to be completely open with whatever. And the satisfaction and intimacy that I experienced is so SO fufilling and what I always wanted, before, but was not able to have because I was so attached to my thoughts, feelings, ideas etc.
