You know, I come to this blog when I need to expand with my contractions. Adya just said in his new book, Liberation, "never abdicate your authority". And I find that in all situations, beyond all thoughts, beliefs, feelings, emotions, circumstances, situations and all phenomenon, whether experienced inside my skin suit or outside, there is a clarity, a calm celebration of life in and through me that is constant and strong. Taking full responsibility for my life..... My life belongs in my hands and that being said, my sons life belongs in his hands. So simple!
