The more I am ok inside/outside/around/holding/being it all, the more bubbles to the surface in my awareness. Today there is a celebration of sadness that I have denied myself for soo-o long, The celebration of my sadness! I won't bother you all about the stories that has have fed this sadness that I protected and avoided at all costs and in every aspect and chapter of my life. I am really truly sad !!!! and there is not suffering in this sadness that is actually deeper and purer than ever I have known ... Hallelujah....welcome 2013. May our hearts all open wider and wider to encompass it all . together we walk into the future that is now.
