Freedom in immediate perception

In one short moment I notice that I am free, free in the perception of this moment, even when a very afflictive point of view is the immediate perception.  I, traditionally, carry every point of view heaveily on my heart, like carrieing it will eventually solve the situation and ultimately it just has me feeling miserable and the damn situation resolves itself sometime down the road.
So in a short moment when I just notice that I am really OK at the base of my being, I am light, alive and free.
